No. It is tempting to assume a number with a long gap is "due" to appear soon, but every drawing is independent and random. Past gaps do not affect future probability. Cold numbers are interesting for descriptive reasons — fewer people choose them, so a hit may produce a less-shared prize — but they are not statistically more likely to appear.
