Mississippi Lottery Draw Games
The Mississippi Lottery offers seven draw games ranging from daily digit picks to multi-state mega-jackpots. Established in 2018 as one of the last US states to authorize a lottery, Mississippi dedicates its revenue to the highway fund and education programs. Mississippi has a 3% state tax on lottery winnings — one of the lowest rates in the country. All draw times are Central Time.
Cash 3 (3 digits, 0-9)
Cash 3 is Mississippi's daily three-digit game. Choose three digits from 0 to 9 with midday draws at approximately 2:30 PM CT and evening draws at 9:30 PM CT, seven days a week. Play types include Straight, Box, Straight/Box, Front Pair, and Back Pair. With drawings twice daily, Cash 3 offers the most frequent play opportunities of any Mississippi game.
Cash 4 (4 digits, 0-9)
Cash 4 follows the same format as Cash 3 but with four digits. Choose four digits from 0 to 9 with midday draws at 2:30 PM CT and evening draws at 9:30 PM CT, seven days a week. The additional digit creates more play type combinations and higher potential payouts on Straight bets compared to Cash 3.
Mississippi Match 5 (5/35)
Mississippi Match 5 is the state's exclusive jackpot game. Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 35, drawn daily at 9:30 PM CT. The jackpot starts at $50,000 and rolls over until won. Four prize tiers range from a free ticket (Match 2) up to the rolling jackpot. As a Mississippi-only game, the odds are significantly more favorable than multi-state games — roughly 1 in 324,632 for the jackpot. Note: Cash Pop is also offered by the Mississippi Lottery but is not tracked on this platform.
Lotto America (5/52 + Star Ball 1/10)
Lotto America is a multi-state game. Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 52 plus a Star Ball from 1 to 10, drawn Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings at 9:15 PM CT. The All Star Bonus multiplier can boost non-jackpot prizes up to 5x for an extra $1. Nine prize tiers from $2 up to the rolling jackpot.
Millionaire For Life (5/58 + Millionaire Ball 1/5)
Millionaire For Life replaced Lucky for Life in February 2026. Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 58 plus a Millionaire Ball from 1 to 5, drawn daily at 10:15 PM CT. The top prize is $18 million paid for life, with a second-tier prize of $100,000 per year for life. Nine prize tiers make this a compelling game for players seeking life-changing, recurring payouts.
Powerball (5/69 + 1/26)
Powerball draws Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings. Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 69 plus a Powerball from 1 to 26. The Power Play multiplier can boost non-jackpot prizes up to 10x for an extra $1. Jackpot odds are 1 in 292,201,338.
Mega Millions (5/70 + 1/25)
Mega Millions draws Tuesday and Friday evenings. Pick 5 numbers from 1 to 70 plus a Mega Ball from 1 to 25. The Megaplier multiplies non-jackpot prizes up to 5x for an extra $1. Jackpot odds are 1 in 302,575,350.
