California Powerball Position Analysis

Powerball — California Lottery

Position analysis for California Powerball shows ball frequency at each drawn position. Since balls are drawn without replacement and sorted, lower positions naturally have lower numbers — position analysis reveals how the distribution compares to expectations.

The heatmap shows which numbers appear most at each ball position. Due to sorting, ball 1 skews toward lower numbers and ball 5 toward higher numbers. The analysis helps identify numbers appearing at unusual positions.

Ball position frequency is heavily influenced by the sorting of results. This analysis shows descriptive statistics, not predictive patterns.
